【台北訊】國立成功大學舉辦、在台灣台北對外貿易發展協會國際會議中心召開的「IEEE電路與系統國際學術會議」(IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems,簡稱ISCAS 2009)」， 26日公布「2009 IEEE電路與系統協會(IEEE Circuits and Systems Society)」年度獲獎名單，並於圓山飯店舉辦的晚宴中頒獎表揚。總計頒出IEEE克西荷夫獎、會士（IEEE Fellows）等十九個獎項。其中「IEEE克西荷夫獎」由台灣中央研究院院士葛守仁 (Ernest S. Kuh)獲獎。

2009電機暨電子工程師學會（IEEE）今年將年度「克西荷夫獎」(IEEE Gustav Robert Kirchhoff Award)，頒給中央研究院院士葛守仁，以獎勵他在電機研究上的卓越貢獻。

2009 IEEE會士（IEEE Fellows）則由六人獲獎，分別是Albert Z. H. Wang、高文（Wen Gao)、連勇（Yong Lian）、湯曉鷗（Xiaoou Tang）、諾威史帝芬（Steven Nowick）、歐拉斐利 (Orla Feely)。

除此之外，IEEE電路與系統協會(Circuits and Systems Society)還頒發的獎項，分別有范可博獎、技術成就獎、教育貢獻獎、榮譽服務獎、工業先驅獎、維多貝拉獎、傑出年輕作者獎、最佳學生論文獎、電路與系統期刋寇爾最佳論文獎、電路與系統期刋達靈頓最佳論文獎、視訊影像技術期刋最佳論文獎、VLSI期刋最佳論文獎、年度最佳分會獎、第一到第七地區(北美)年度分會獎、第八地區(歐洲)年度分會獎、第九地區(南美)年度分會獎、第十地區(亞太)年度分會獎。

各獎項之獲獎者分別為：
范可博獎(Mac Van Valkenburg Award)：葛博先（Gabor C. Temes）(奧勒崗大學電機系)

技術成就獎(Technical Achievement Award)：梶谷洋司（Yoji Kajitani）(北九州大學)

教育貢獻獎(Education Award)：安東尼奧（Andreas Antoniou）(維多利亞大學)

榮譽服務獎(Meritorious Service Award)：尤法愛倫（Ellen J. Yoffa）(IBM華森研究中心主任)、包耀明（Magdy A. Bayoumi）(路易絲安娜大學)

工業先驅獎(Industrial Pioneer Award)：傑卡伯（Paul E. Jacobs）

維多貝拉獎(Vitold Belevitch Award)：羅納德羅勒(Ronald A. Rohrer)

傑出年輕作者獎(Outstanding Young Author Award)：塔尼克 （Stefan Tertinek）

最佳學生論文獎（Best Student Paper Awards Candidates）：共兩位學生獲選，一為Min Park（麻省理工學院），論文題目『A Single-Slope 80MS/S ADC Using Two-Step Time-to-Digital Conversion』；另一位為Alireza Nilchi(多倫多大學)，論文題目『CMOS Image Compression Sensor with Algorithmically-Multiplying ADCs』

電路與系統期刋寇爾最佳論文獎（Transactions on Circuits and Systems Guillemin-Cauer Best Paper Award）：共一篇獲選，作者為Young-Gyu Yoon, Jaewook Kim, Tae-Kwang Jang, SeongHwan Cho等4人

電路與系統期刋達靈頓最佳論文獎(Transactions on Circuits and Systems Darlington Best Paper Award)：尚西帕文（Shanthi Pavan)

視訊技術期刋最佳論文獎(CSVT Transactions Best Paper Award)：共兩篇獲選，作者分別為Dong Liu, Xiaoyan Sun, Feng Wu, Shipeng Li, Ya-Qin Zhang等5人，以及Heiko Schwarz, Detlev Marpe, Thomas Wiegand等3人

VLSI期刋最佳論文獎(VLSI Transactions Best Paper Award)：共一篇獲選，作者為Mahalingam Venkataraman, Justin E. Harlow III, Nagarajan Ranganathan等3人

年度最佳分會獎(Chapter of the Year Award)：IEEE 電路與系統澳門分會，分會主席馬許願教授 (Rui Paulo da Silva Martins)

第一到第七地區(北美)年度分會獎(Regions 1-7 Chapter of the Year Award)：IEEE 電路與系統渥太華分會(IEEE Circuits and Systems Ottawa Chapter)

第十地區(亞太)年度分會獎(Region 10 Chapter of the Year Award)：IEEE電路與系統新加坡分會（IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Singapore Chapter），分會主席Lap-Pui Chau
